Where can I download iMovie for 10.14.2? When I look for it in App Store it says "Download an older version of iMovie? The current version requires OS X 10.14.6 or later, but you can download the last compatible version." but when I click download it still downloads the wrong version. So, my computer went from fully working with iMovie just as I wanted to not working anymore. Is it possible to find iMovie for Mojave for download I found a copy at but I dont know if its safe. Sure enough, what he sent me the next day was a download for the current iMovie v.10.0 and of course when i tried the redemption code in the App Store it says it will not work. Even the order confirmation/ receipt said "iMovie '11 single unit". He knew my operating system limits and knew that Mavericks and the current iMovie v.10.0 would not work on my macbook. Otherwise, unfortunately, you will not be able to get iMovie 10 - unless you can copy it over from another Mac. The day before, an Apple employee in the sales department actually sold me iMovie v9.0 (2011 version) and was very helpful/ confident about it. Or, if you dont have iMovie installed but sometime in the past it had been on your Mac but perhaps got deleted, then you can use the procedure described earlier in this thread. ![]() I ended up talking to Apple for about an hour and a half yesterday on a long distance skype call from New Zealand to USA trying to figure this out.
